It is good to know when people appreciate what you do!

We have been acting for many of our clients for many years and in many cases the relationship between the clients and our staff members is more like that of trusted friends. This was evident by the lovely email received by Nadine Betts, our licensed conveyancer with Sutherland Shire Conveyancing.  I asked Pam, the author of the email, if I could publish her letter of appreciation and she said “That is a great idea.  People should be given recognition for the great work they do and how much that is appreciated”.

Set out below is the note, verbatim.

Dearest Nadine,

Hope you are well and enjoyed your weekend.
George and I wanted to send you an email to give thanks for all your hard work over the last couple of months.
Thank you for always going above and beyond to make the process seamless for us, whilst being understanding and always available to assist when needed.
